In therapy, you can find support during times of struggle or challenge. It can also be a space to uncover your authentic strengths and gifts, and the ways in which you connect to healing and joy.

Therapy is a space to process your own thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.

As a traditional psychotherapist also ordained as a Spiritualist minister and trained in holistic modalities, I value the mind-body-spirit connection, and my psychotherapy work is informed and inspired by all things energy.

I believe the client is the expert in their own experience. My role is to be a helpful and empathic guide.

I welcome clients from all religious and spiritual backgrounds and traditions, and particularly enjoy working with folks from non-traditional spiritual paths.
